Just a big 'THANK YOU' one and all for your wonderful birthday greetings I received on Saturday 5th January 2019, with phone calls from all over the globe, besides all the birthday greetings cards, emails and wonderful gifts..
Sorry many other good friends and musicians were not present to celebrate my birthday as I strongly decided there would be no celebration but as our immediate family would certainly stop over, at the very last moment Betty decided to invite a few special friends and thanks to those who could make it with very short notice.
Below are some party photographs mostly taken by my grandchild Abigail who is taking over from me as party photographer. I have created over 300 blogs over the years which always brings back memories of the good old times.
To conclude, once again a million thanks to Betty for organising the lovely 80th birthday party and to all who attended with all those wonderful gifts.
Betty has promised to host another Summer party with all friends and relatives during early summer when the weather is good.

Elvis. We are 4 couples all set for Zanzibar this June including Avito.
Please guys you still have time to join us would be great check it
out. This might be my last trip for a while so going with Rolina while
the going is good. Think about it.
All well at this end still working and hopefully will retire this
December and spend more time with the grandkids and travel . Hoping Goa
next January.

What is Zanzibar?
Zanzibar is an archipelago made up of Zanzibar and Pemba Islands, and several islets. It is located in the Indian Ocean, about 25 miles from the Tanzanian coast, and 6° south of the equator.
